Changes to Pleasurecraft Program

We are very please to announce changes to our Pleasurecraft Policy Wording.

These changes make our coverage even BROADER!

Effective February 1, 2012 - for all new & existing policies.

  • Delete vessel theft restriction
  • Delete damage to sails & spars while racing
  • Delete trailer theft restriction
  • Extend trailering limit from 1000 mile radius to 1500 mile radius
  • Amend coverage for trailers to "All Risk"
  • Amend coverage from "ACV" to "Replacement Cost" for canvas boat covers, dodgers, sail covers, tarpaulins, sails, spinnakers and running rigging.

Changes to our Ride Smart Motorcycle Program

Effective immediately....

  • Minimum premium of Sport Bikes has been reduced to $300 (+fee)
  • Our minimum requirement for a driver's licence has been reduced to 5 years (from 10 yrs)
  • Coverage is now available for young licenced operators (18 yrs old) on bikes 400cc and under
